New Online System from 1st October

From 1 October, all requests made by phone, in person or online will go through Patchs Health, our new system.

NHS App

The NHS app is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. You can use the NHS App to get health advice, order repeat prescriptions, manage your hospital referrals, view your GP health record and more.

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. 

What the NHS App does

Order repeats prescriptions

See your available medicines, request a new repeat prescriptions and choose a pharmacy for your prescriptions to be sent to.

Check your symptoms

Search trusted NHS information and advice on hundreds of conditions and treatments, and get instant advice or medical help near you.

View your medical record

Including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results.

Manage your appointments

Keep on track of your future appointments at the practice or hospital. Can’t make it anymore? You can cancel using the NHS app too. To book any appointments with us, please use our online method here.

Receive messages from the practice

Updates and invites from the practice will appear in your app – don’t forget to turn your notifications on!
